If you register by October 15, the cost of the conference is $85.00 (or $76.50 when registering as part of a group of 10 or more. The cost after October 15 is $95.00 or $85.50 when registering as part of a group of 10 or more.
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR REGISTRATION FORM
In order to receive the group discount (10 people minimum) your completed application and payment must arrive with your group's registration. If you are applying to attend an agency visit on Friday afternoon, you must indicate on your group's registration. Registration for both the conference and the agency visits are on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your group sends an incomplete registration package, your registration CANNOT be processed until it is completed by you or your group contact person.
If you send in a registration form and check for the discounted price separate from your group's registration package, your check will be returned to you or your group's contact person or your credit card will be charged at the regular rate ($85.00). You may only take advantage of the discount if your registration form and payment arrive with your group's registration package.
If you are a part of a group, you must list your contact person and their contact information, including email, phone number with area code, and mailing address.
To ensure accuracy, if you are registering a group by fax or U.S. mail, please e-mail the list of attendees names, phone numbers, and e-mails to lynn@awny.org. Please use excel if possible.
We accept checks and money orders made out to AWNY Foundation, or Visa, MC and American Express.
