T3 is looking for Account Planning Directors in our New York office to work collaboratively with our account, creative and media teams as part of our Think Tank approach to strategic planning. Were looking to add more brainpower to our collective to enhance the connections we make between people and brands. In this role, were looking for an individual who can uncover and present unique customer and market insights using a range of traditional and nontraditional research and planning methods. These insights form the core of digital strategies for our clients brands. Although this is a senior position, we need someone who wants to be immersed in the work (like all our senior folks) and will know when and how to build out an expanded team. Responsibilities: We want an individual who can help us continue to push the frontier of how digital can better serve the needs of the ever more powerful consumer. As the insight lead for our clients, your primary responsibilities will include: Monitor and understand target audiences, lifestyles and behaviors with an emphasis on their digital lives Monitor and comment on the changing digital landscape, including social and mobile Uncover core insights through qualitative, quantitative and nontraditional research Help develop brand and digital strategies Shape inspiring communications and creative briefs Present thinking to clients and T3 teams Provide brand planning expertise on integrated programs where digital is part of the mix
Required experience: The Renaissance person were after will possess: 10+ years of experience in an agency, digital agency, consultancy or corporate environment with emphasis in digital Experience with Fortune 100 clients and building strong working relationships with client teams Financial industry experience is a big plus Proven planning and research skills with a flair for atypical solutions Expertise and passion in digital (strategy, media, creative, social) Well-rounded experience in planning for integrated marketing Solid understanding of analytics and how to apply back-end insights to optimize programs Amazing team and team-building skills Ability to be the lone ranger and to lead the posse High comfort-level with a fast-paced environment and working with multiple clients This is a unique opportunity for a thinker looking for a larger role in an agency and for someone who wants to see his or her ideas shape brand and digital strategies for a remarkable group of clients.
