Account Supervisor

Job Description:

T3 is seeking an Account Supervisor for its NY office. A strong strategic thinker with a background in digital media is a must. Experience in pharma and social media is preferred.
Primary Duties:
• Oversee client line of business for one of main clients in office
• Primary contact for more senior level clients
• Oversee team of Account Executives - this includes completing goals and reviews with Account Director oversight
• Mentor to Account Executive teams
• Responsible for identifying business development opportunities
• Responsible for developing and driving client strategy
• Responsible for advancing T3 within client organization
• Responsible for managing SOW’s and profitability on line of business
• Responsible for monthly client billing and budgets
• Responsible for regular client metrics, creative and planning presentations
• Manages cross agency and cross client integration
• Participate in new business presentation development
• Advance T3 culture among direct reports and cross agency teams

Special Skills:

Experience: 6 – 8 years experience. Agency experience is required at this level. At T3, you must show an ability to work cross-media.
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
