T3 is looking for an Online Media Analyst who will work integrally across all teams within the agency to support data analysis for the advancement of client business. He/she will be responsible for aggregating internal and external data sources, creating actionable trend information, and ensuring that internal constituents have the information necessary to make informed business and marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a superior understanding of the tools and techniques for analyzing online media performance. The candidate must work well with cross-functional teams of marketing professionals, media teams, content creators and clients.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
• Manage daily activity of the Ad Network and search reporting as it relates to client objectives and performance using ad serving data and/or Oracle financial data to ensure accuracy.
• Work closely with the Manager and Director to generate reporting and analysis of trends and support for optimization.
• Participate in pricing of new ad products through industry research and cost analysis. Develop product requirements for new ad products that meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with account and media teams to understand all aspects of a campaign and facilitate gathering and documentation of measurement requirements.
• Produce high-level reports for executives on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis that provide information on campaign objectives, effective cpms, total revenue and goal status.
• Work with the Ad Technology Team to identify reports for automation. Participate in the writing of requirements for new enhancements.
• Update the departmental intranet, document process and conduct training on analytics related initiatives.

Experience:
• 3 - 5 years online media or search marketing analysis experience
• Strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency in Access, Excel, PowerPoint and SQL
• Statistical skills are a plus
