VP ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
T3, New York

T3 is seeking a VP Account Director for its New York office.

This role will be responsible for strategic management on one of T3’s largest accounts. This role will also be responsible for engaging with the most senior level clients to drive new strategies and meet clients’ marketing objectives. They will also manage and mentor multiple account directors on each piece of business as well as provide overall leadership for the NY account service team as a whole.

Primary Duties:

  • Responsible for staff development, mentorship for multiple Account teams
  • Responsible for entire client relationship on account
  • Responsible for driving the strategy of the clients marketing efforts
  • Responsible for driving T3 innovation within client relationships
  • Responsible for business development of existing accounts
  • Responsible for P&L for multiple accounts
  • Responsible for forecasting and billing
  • Responsible for development of account vision documents
  • Senior manager at T3 responsible for overall T3 process and innovation development

Experience:

  • This role requires 12+ years experience. Agency experience and experience working on Fortune 500 and/or Fortune 100 clients preferred.

A strong background in digital media including online advertising, e-mail and search is required. Exposure and experience with emerging media and traditional media is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
